Sir, – Stephen O'Hara's concerns about Ibec's continued efforts to influence the educational process are well founded (September 6th).
It is indeed extraordinary that a privately funded lobby group concerned solely with the interests of company directors and owners can masquerade as a latter-day Mother Teresa concerned with the common good.
That said, the article that irked Mr O’Hara carries but a single flaw.
For clarity, the title,“Schools career guidance not fit for purpose, says Ibec”, should have included the word “our” between the words “for” and “purpose”. – Yours, etc,
